The Account Director will be responsible for the development of new opportunities on our major and direct accounts. He/she will drive the execution of initial yearly sales engagement and take ownership of the development on the direct accounts and on limited qualified direct new leads.
The Account Manager will be accountable for programmatic sales and activity planning, funnel management and forecasting.
The Account Director reports to the Brand Leader/Managing Director.
• Generating new business opportunities on existing clients
• Client needs understanding and mapping and presales activities
• Business assessments and first digital consultancy to clients
• Take part to the strategy and analysis steps to the client
• Map out the key players in the account and drive the sales tactics to achieve or exceed yearly objectives per account
• Working with program manager to ensure the global satisfaction of the client
• Ensure that sales and resources forecasting is accurate with regards to the value, timeline and probability of closure, in duo with the program manager
Knowledge & Experience
• Minimum of 5 years digital marketing sales experience
• Bachelor degree
• Ability to think strategically and manage multiple stakeholders
• Experience in selling and presenting creative concepts, technical solutions and budgets
• Understanding of the principles of communication, creation, UX design, research, application design and developement processes
• Preferably experienced in working in Scrum teams
• Good communication and presentation skills (English is the working language)
• Keen interest in new technologies and digital marketing
• Creative spirit with a commercial drive
• Energetic and dynamic can do mentality
• Self-motivated and directed
• Strong team spirit
• Autonomous on client handling and sales tactics
